DHT Maritime, Inc. Announces Exercise of Underwriters’ Overallotment Option

ST. HELIER, Channel Islands–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apr. 22, 2009– DHT Maritime, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) announced today that the underwriters of its recent public offering of common stock have exercised a portion of their overallotment option. As a result, DHT Maritime, Inc. will sell an additional 391,825 shares of common stock and will receive $1,610,675 in net proceeds, after underwriting discounts (but before expenses).

UBS Investment Bank,Merrill Lynch & Co.and Citi acted as joint bookrunning managers of the offering.
