DHT Holdings, Inc. Announces Exercise of Underwriters’ Overallotment Option

ST. HELIER, Channel Islands, Feb 10, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) —

DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) (the “Company”) announced today that the underwriters of its recent public offering of common stock have exercised a portion of their overallotment option. As a result, the Company will sell an additional 1,925,300 shares of common stock and will receive $8,482,631 in net proceeds, after underwriting discounts (but before expenses).

UBS Investment Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi acted as joint bookrunning managers of the offering. Dahlman Rose & Company acted as co-manager of the offering and Carnegie acted as sales agent in Scandinavia for the offering.
