DHT Holdings, Inc. announces an adjustment to the conversion price of its 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019

HAMILTON, BERMUDA, November 18, 2015 – DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DHT) (“DHT”) announced that, in connection with the effect of the previously announced cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock to be paid on November 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 17, 2015, the Conversion Price of the Company’s 4.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 (the “Notes”) was adjusted, effective November 13, 2015. The Conversion Price was adjusted from $7.7453 per share to $7.5627, which represents a Conversion Rate of approximately 132.2279 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
